From The Silence Comes An Echo

From the silence comes an echo sharper than steel.
It pierces my heart and the cut I feel.

Now I'm alone in the prime of life.
Distraught and lonely for my darling wife.

All that is left is her memory.
And I'll cherish it through eternity.

Visions in my dreams are etched in time.
But gone is the love that once was mine.

The pain in my heart will forever show.
As the silence is broken by an echo.
